Sara Allen
Teacher
Sara began her dance training in Mississauga at the age of three and went on to compete for 14 years across Canada and the United States. With over 20 years of comprehensive training in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical, and Acrobatics, she has developed a strong foundation in multiple disciplines.
A graduate of the University of Toronto in 2005, Sara continued to pursue her passion for dance through teaching, advanced training, and the successful completion of her teacher examinations. She holds a teaching certificate from Dance Masters of America and is a proud member of the Royal Academy of Dance.
Her choreography has been consistently recognized, earning numerous awards and overall titles at both regional and national competitions. Many of Sara’s students have gone on to further their training at prestigious institutions such as Juilliard and The Boston Conservatory, and several have pursued successful professional careers in dance.
Sara is committed to sharing her knowledge, experience, and love of dance with her students, inspiring them to reach their fullest potential.
